Each session is customized using a mix of deep tissue, trigger point therapy, lymphatic drainage, myofascial release, and hot stone therapy, depending on your body’s needs.

Yes! It improves flexibility, reduces tightness, and corrects muscular imbalances—helping your body move more efficiently and resist strain or overuse injuries.

7. What if I’m sore after a massage?

Mild soreness is normal, especially after deeper work. Drink water and allow time for your body to adjust—relief follows soon after.

8. Do you offer prenatal or postnatal massage?

Yes! I offer prenatal and postnatal massage on Mondays and Wednesdays in collaboration with a doctor. It helps reduce swelling, ease back/hip pain, and support recovery. Always check with your provider first.

Cryo Slimming (Noninvasive Weight Loss)

1. What is Cryo Slimming?

Cryo Slimming is a noninvasive weight loss treatment that uses a blast of cold CO₂ gas to cool fat cells, triggering cryolipolysis—a process that causes fat cells to break down and be naturally eliminated through the lymphatic system.

2. How is this different from CoolSculpting?

Unlike CoolSculpting, Cryo Slimming uses targeted cold spray instead of suction. It’s more comfortable, has no downtime, and is faster and more affordable—yet still delivers visible inch loss and body contouring.

3. How many sessions do I need?

Cryo Slimming is offered as a 6-session package, recommended twice a week for best results. Most clients begin to see noticeable changes by the fourth session.

4. What’s the price of the Cryo Slimming package?

The 6-session package is $799, but that special rate is only available to my first 10 clients—my legacy members. After that, standard pricing will apply.

5. Can the fat come back?

Fat cells that are eliminated won’t return, but new fat can form if you don’t maintain a healthy lifestyle. This is best used alongside good nutrition and regular movement.

6. Does it help with loose skin or stretch marks?

Yes! The cold stimulates collagen production, which helps tighten skin and improve texture in the treated areas.

7. Is Cryo Slimming safe?

Yes. It’s completely noninvasive, safe, and FDA-registered. Some people may experience slight redness or tingling, which fades quickly.
